Voss Hang- og Paragliderklubb (Voss HPK) er Noregs største klubb for friluftsbasert luftsport, og eit sentralt samlingspunkt for paraglidar- og speedglidarpilotar frå heile landet. Med base i hjartet av ekstremsportbygda Voss, tilbyr me eit unikt miljø prega av eventyrlyst, fellesskap og høg kompetanse – alltid med sikkerheit i fokus. Gjennom heile året arrangera me kurs, konkurransar og aktivitetar, og sommaren er vår høgsesong.
No søkjer me ein engasjert og allsidig person til ei sesongstilling gjennom sommaren. Du vil jobbe tett med dagleg leiar og vere ein viktig støttespelar for å sikre at klubben driv trygg og smidig aktivitet i ein travel sesong.
Om stillinga
Dette er ei variert og praktisk rolle der du får bidra både administrativt og operativt. Du må trivast med å ha mange ballar i lufta, vere løysingsorientert og stille med godt humør – sjølv når det går unna. Arbeidstida vil vere fleksibel og ukurant. Det er ofte på ettermiddagar og helger når det er flyforhold. Stillinga varer fram til slutten av august.
Arbeidsoppgåver
- Tandemkoordinering: booking, betaling, dialog med pilotar og passasjerar samt organisering av transport til start
- Klubbil: dagleg tilsyn, enkelt vedlikehald og reinhald
- Aktivitetsstøtte: bidra som startmarshall og organisere køyring på flybare dagar
- Støtte under Ekstremsportveko: praktisk assistanse til dagleg leiar
- Anlegg: vedlikehald av start- og landingsområde, samt oppdatering og oppslag av instruksar
- Anna førefallande arbeid

- Er ein positiv lagspelar som bidreg til eit trygt og aktivt klubbmiljø
- Har hovud for organisering – er strukturert, fleksibel og har god gjennomføringsevne.
- Tek ansvar og arbeider sjølvstendig
- Har erfaring med, eller stor interesse for paragliding og/eller friluftsliv
- Har førarkort klasse B

Seasonal Position at Voss Hang- and Paragliding Club (June–August 2025)
Voss Hang- and Paragliding Club (Voss HPK) is Norway’s largest club for nature-based airsports, and a key hub for paraglider and speedflying pilots from across the country. Located in the heart of Norway’s extreme sports capital, Voss, we offer a unique environment defined by adventure, community, and high expertise – always with safety as the top priority. Throughout the year, we organize courses, competitions, and activities, with summer being our peak season.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic and versatile individual to join us in a seasonal role during the summer months. You will work closely with the general manager and be an essential support to ensure safe and smooth operations during our busiest season.
About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on position that includes both administrative and operational tasks. You should thrive in a dynamic environment, be solution-oriented, and bring a positive attitude – even when things get hectic. Working hours are flexible and often outside the typical 9–5, including afternoons and weekends when flying conditions are good. The position runs until the end of August.
Key Responsibilities
Tandem coordination: managing bookings and payments, communication with pilots and passengers, and organizing transport to launch sites
Club car: daily inspection, basic maintenance, and cleaning
Activity support: assisting as launch marshal and helping organize shuttle on flyable days
Ekstremsportveko support: practical assistance to the general manager during the festival
Site maintenance: upkeep of launch and landing zones, updating and posting safety instructions
Other general tasks as needed
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who:
Is a positive team player who contributes to a safe and active club environment
Has strong organizational skills – structured, flexible, and able to follow through
Is responsible and works well independently
Has experience with or a strong interest in paragliding and/or outdoor life
Holds a valid class B driver’s license
